Position Overview :
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally within personal injury law.
You will support attorneys through all stages of the litigation process. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and upholds a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, minors’ compromises, and discovery requests / responses
- Scheduling and coordinating depositions, hearings, and meetings
- Summarizing depositions, witness statements, and other legal documents
- Preparing trial exhibits and evidence binders
- Utilizing case management software and document management systems
