Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to oversee and manage our technical projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# Oracle and .NET with a preference for those with domain experience in Structural Biology & Modelling.
This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee project timelines milestones and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members leveraging expertise in C# Oracle and .NET.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to address any issues.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
- Facilitate project meetings including kick-off status and review meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance future project outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success criteria ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background with expertise in C# Oracle and .NET.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
