The Customer Care Representative will assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, mostly through telephone customer service support and the arranging of customer home pick-ups.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting drivers with maps to donor locations and completing paperwork as needed.

Preferred applicants will have a high school diploma and intermediate skills working with computer applications.
