Job Title : Associate Quality Control
Location : 100% onsite at Rhode Island
Job Description :
The Associate Quality Control will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the assurance of product quality and safety.
This role is primarily responsible for executing routine procedures that support quality control testing, including but not limited to sample collection, sample handling, and providing laboratory support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine procedures to facilitate quality control testing, encompassing sample collection, sample handling, and laboratory support.
- Execute standard laboratory procedures and maintain specialized laboratory equipment to ensure its optimal performance.
- Document, compute, compile, interpret, and input data into computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data management protocols.
- Initiate and / or implement changes in controlled documents to maintain the integrity of quality control processes.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and cGMPs / CFRs, including maintaining up-to-date training records, laboratory documentation, and laboratory notebooks.
- Participate in problem-solving and lean initiatives on site, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Skills :
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with some laboratory experience (internship or academic) being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with benchtop testing instruments such as GCMS HPLC is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a minimum of 4 years of experience performing analytical testing.
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished and accurate work products.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
