About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Duration : 16 weeks

Shift : Monday-Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : Accepting new grads or CFY; SNF experience preferred

License : State License required

Certifications : CPR certification required

Must-Have : Completion of prescreen, resume, and license verification upon submission

Job Description :

• Experience with Rehab Optima is preferred.

• County Criminal background check (7 years for all counties of residence and work)
• Federal Criminal background check (7 years or more)
• Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)
• Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)
• HHS / OIG Search
• GSA Search
• Social Security Number Trace
• 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
• SAM Search
• Texas DADS
• CPR certification (fundamental facilities)
• Negative Drug Screen Results
