NIGHT SHIFT : 6 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 AM, 5 DAYS A WEEK
Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for Loyola Marymount University located in Los Angeles , CA . Founded in 1911, LMU is a top-ranked Catholic university rooted in the Jesuit and Marymount traditions.
The successful candidate will :
- lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes;
- train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards;
- implement and support POS and online food ordering systems;
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain customer relationships;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo and client standards are met.

- prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers in a campus environment; and / or

- financial ability to manage and demonstrate proven results with material costs, labor, procurement compliance and controllable expenses;
- the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic Management Experience - 2 years. Basic Functional Experience 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
