Midnight Blue is looking for a Level 3 Systems Engineer who will manage client networks, resolve technical incidents, and provide great customer service.
This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.
We’ll Provide :

What you’ll do :
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot servers, computers, and networking equipment Be a top-level escalation point to solve or provide guidance on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Sales Engineering Network and security recommendations and scoping
- Provide root cause analysis and recommendations for solutions to ongoing issues
- Create documentation and provide feedback on existing documentation
- Work in a flexible and collaborative manner
Skills you’ll need :
- Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
- Experience in configuring and managing various server roles, such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions EDR tools, and MDM platforms
- Skills in implementing and managing network security measures, including firewalls, IDS / IPS, and VPN technologies
- Experience in migrating on-premises infrastructure to the cloud and integrating cloud services with existing systems
- Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and best practices for cloud security and compliance.
