Job Description : This position provides therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest possible level. This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician. Education Qualifications : Key Responsibilities : ​ Provides therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment, patient / caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload of patients Provides all ancillary / administrative requirements for a full caseload of patients, including documentation, billing, scheduling management, and other administrative duties Demonstrates appropriate communication, professionalism and supervision of support staff (licensed assistants, aides, volunteers) and complies with all organization policies.
