What Youll Do as a DSP :

As a Direct Support Professional, youll support individuals with daily living skills, goal achievement, and personal development. Responsibilities include :

• Protecting Rights & Safety Promoting dignity, independence, and safety for each person you support.
• Delivering Support Services Providing personalized care in homes and community settings, as outlined in individual plans.
• Assisting with Goals Supporting growth through observation and data collection to track progress toward goals.
• Maintaining Records Completing daily documentation accurately and on time.
• Team Participation Collaborating with coworkers, attending meetings, and sharing insights to enhance outcomes.
• Following Standards Adhering to all agency policies and quality guidelines to ensure the highest level of care.
