Marketing Program Manager Description :

- Our Global Marketing Organization is seeking a Program Manager for the Marketing Strategy and Operations team. Working closely with the Sr.
Manager, you will execute key initiatives that impact the Global Marketing Organization. The role requires strong business acumen, a catalyst for change, and exceptional program management skills, with a hands-on approach to work.
Key Responsibilities :
You will manage the program’s scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
This includes overseeing communication plans, strategic workshops, and various events. You will also foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize project delivery and develop strategic plans to enhance program efficiency.
Additionally, you’ll promote a positive view of program management, identifying key performance metrics and using data analytics to drive continuous improvements.
Administrative support, including note-taking, agenda crafting, scheduling, and managing tools like SharePoint and Workfront, will also be part of your role.
Qualifications :
- Proven program management experience with solid business acumen.
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
- Ability to use data analytics for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Experience with administrative tasks and tools such as SharePoint and Workfront.
