Summary :
Directs the operation of clinical programs and promotesquality services for the community and patients.
Responsibilities :
- Develops, implements and maintains policies andprocedures for programs to ensure quality patient care andservices
- Monitoring and tracking patient outcomesthrough advanced techniques
- Ensuring adherence toquality standards and reviewing program deliverables
- Assists in the interpretation of policies and objectives of nursingservice to staff and community groups
- Creating careplans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and budgets. Conductinghome care program meetings to ensure effective management ofactivities

Associate's Degree inNursing
Experience
4 years of clinicalnursing and 1 year in a supervisory rolepreferred
Licenses,Registrations, or Certifications
- RN License in state of employment orcompact
- Wound Care certification requiredwithin a year of employment
