Position : Multiple Offices Patent Litigation Associate

Description : Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for an Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Associate.
The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in a full range of intellectual property matters, including drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss.

Qualifications : Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Technical degree required, with preference given to Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Will also consider Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering.
- USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB preferred.
