Overview : Soliant isseeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024 / 2025 school year.
The BCBA will work across various K-12 schools in Illinois, providing support and expertise to students with diverse behavioral needs.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications :
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school staff.
- Strong organizational and data analysis skills.
