Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE - SPECIAL ORDERS DEPARTMENT Starting Pay : $16 Per Hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 AM - 4 PM (we are flexible with start and end time) RC Willey Home Furnishings has been serving our community for nearly 90 years.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Assist in writing purchase orders and special orders for RC Willey vendors
- Generate and maintain Stock Keeping Units (SKU) for products
- Perform diversified clerical duties within the purchasing department
- Work with buyers and accounts payable solving various problems with purchase orders
- Work closely with Inventory Analysts
- Coordinate orders with receiving traffic and delivery departments effectively
- Contact factories, representatives and customers regularly to communicate the status of orders
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG :
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card payments
- Basic computer and typing skills needed
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
