  • This comprehensive program equips you with the knowledge and skills for real estate investing, sales insights, and the path to wealth creation at no cost to you.
  • Additionally, we offer daily training sessions, personalized coaching, and strategic guidance to accelerate your development as a seasoned business professional.

Our Clientele :

  • We cater to a diverse clientele, including beginners, experienced investors, contractors, developers, hard money lenders, and legal entities like courts and banks.
  • Our network extends to financial planners, business owners, attorneys, wealth managers, and other influential individuals.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage actively with our investment community each day to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service.
  • Support investors in exploring opportunities related to House Hacking.
  • Link our investors with properties currently in agreement.
  • Identify suitable investment prospects for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals.
  • Assist in the sale of properties on behalf of landlords.
  • Manage the sale of assets on behalf of banks, courts, and financial institutions.
  • Connect investors with the necessary resources and funding opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • To be considered for this position, applicants need a minimum of 1-year experience in sales or real estate.
  • Proficient use of CRMs is a crucial requirement for this position.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrating a collaborative team approach is highly valued in this position.
  • A strong passion for continuous learning and a determined mindset towards achieving success are fundamental qualifications for this opportunity.
