Currently, we are looking for a Carrier Sales Specialist to join the MoLo Solutions team. The Carrier Sales Specialist is the second level of sales in the Carrier Sales department.
As an experienced Carrier Sales Specialist, you will use your industry experience to develop, maintain, and grow relationships between carriers and MoLo Solutions.
In this role, you will be strategic in your efforts to cover MoLo's freight with consistent carrier relationships and uphold our commitment to service.
Main Responsibilities :
- Prospect new carriers through lead generation, research, and cold calling.
- Build strong relationships with trucking company key contacts including dispatchers and drivers.
- Obtain new business, negotiate, and strategically align your portfolio of carriers with our customers’ freight.
- Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to uphold our commitment to service.
- Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated to drivers and tracked in our transportation management system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer operations, account management, and customer sales.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Experience and Skills We’re Looking For : Experience
Successfully meeting performance KPIs in the Carrier Sales Representative position.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Your hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.
