- Prepare tissue samples for analysis by pathologists.- Ensure accurate labeling and processing of specimens.- Maintain laboratory equipment and tools in proper working order.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.- Adhere to quality control procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as necessary.- Document all necessary patient and test information accurately.
