- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator.)
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on daily maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE) :
- Practical experience in creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments
- Proficiency in promoting code modifications and updates between Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with external integrations, including AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.andidate
