Base Pay Range

$100.00 / hr – $100.00 / hr

    Basic Requirements

  • 📍 Commitment to work on‑site at one of our Alpha campuses
  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • ⭐ 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
  • 🚀 Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • 👥 Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for building and inspiring high‑performance teams
  • 🧑🤝🧑 Demonstrated success working with youth (ages 5‑18)
  • 📊 Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making expertise
  • 📝 Authorization to work in the United States

    Alpha School is rewriting the rules of education by harnessing AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing time for hands‑on, passion‑driven learning that truly prepares them for the real world.

    Working with Us

    This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
