From prospecting and door knocking to property inspections and contract signings, you'll orchestrate a symphony of sales brilliance while adhering to our policies and procedures.

Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent (street smarts count too!)

1 year of sales experience (but if you have that natural sales swagger, we're all ears!)

Exceptional multitasking skills to handle multiple projects with ease

Stellar communication skills that charm and captivate

Basic computer skills (no rocket science, we promise!)

Responsibilities :

Phase I : The Exciting Quest : Venture into storm-affected areas, prospecting and fearlessly knocking on doors. Perform property inspections, documenting damages with your trusty smartphone.

Guide customers through the insurance claim process, providing support during challenging times.

Phase II : The Negotiation Dance : Meet insurance adjusters and industry experts, determining scope of damage and creating irresistible estimates.

Sign contracts and complete necessary paperwork with finesse.

Phase III : The Grand Finale : Assist the production department, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling change orders like a superhero with a toolbelt.

Collaborate with Accounts Receivable for payment collection.

Additional Responsibilities :

Update customer files in our fancy CRM tools with accurate information.

Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions to enhance your superpowers.

Keep the Production and Accounts Receivable Departments informed of job updates, customer demands, and change orders.

Submit commission reports on time, because we believe in recognizing and rewarding your sales prowess.

This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. Get ready for a wild ride filled with thrilling challenges and endless possibilities.
