- Full-time with flexible start / end times
- Open to 4- or 5-day work week
- Call is 1 : 6; light phone call only
- Average of 14-16 patients per day
- Experience preferred
- Work independently is a small rural practice
- This position allows the provider a lot of flexibility in growing their own practice and the provider has the potential to build a very solid patient panel
