Position : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location : New York City, NY (Hybrid : Virtual & In-person)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions in Early Learning Centers, Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, and High Schools.
  • Write progress notes and annual progress reports, ensuring accountability and documentation.
  • Collaborate with parents and teachers to create behavioral plans that support continuity and skill development.
  • Attend clinical student review sessions and annual conference calls to report progress to stakeholders.
  • Submit monthly student session confirmations to maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements :

  • New York State Clinical License in Mental Health (LMHC) or Clinical License in Social Work (LCSW).
  • NYCDOE fingerprinting and background check (Agency assistance provided).
  • Personal computer with video conferencing capabilities and a private area for virtual sessions.
  • Malpractice Insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Bengali, Hindi / Urdu, Chinese, Mandarin, Russian, and English is a plus.
