Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group located in St. Paul, MN. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.
The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and staff.

- Experience in hiring and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus
