Director-Global Data Analytics-Post Market Surveillance
Job Description
The Director-Global Data Analytics- Post Market Surveillance will oversee the strategic use of data to include operational activities used to effectively support post market surveillance activities, per regulatory requirements worldwide.

- Lead and inspire a team of data analysts to leverage the power of data to drive patient safety and business success.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a consistent data analytics strategy and process that is aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize analytics initiatives that have the potential to deliver significant patient safety objectives and business value.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into actionable analytics themes and activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, data privacy, and security requirements to ensure compliance in all data collection and reporting activities
- Reporting to the Sr Director-Global Data Analytics & Risk Management, you will collaborate with customers including but not limited to individual business unit team members and leaders, and shared service team members and leaders.
- This Hybrid role will require travel up to , including international / domestic travel to support strategic / key initiatives and leadership activities.
You're the right fit if :
- You’ve acquired a minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a proven track record of success in both data analytics and business domains, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in FDA regulated medical device quality environments (Post Market Surveillance, design controls and / or risk management preferred).
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in functional management (required), with experience leading globally dispersed, diverse teams in a matrix organization highly desired.
- You have a strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques with demonstrated experience in leveraging data to drive business insights and outcomes.
- Your skills include expertise in the use of data analytics tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL) and experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power Apps or Power BI.
- You’ve demonstrated a collaborative customer focus; with high performance behavior of shared accountability, listening and learning, sense of urgency, trust and influence management, self-growth, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
- You have experience / knowledge of regulations relative to Post Market Surveillance activities and reporting, such as : ISO 9001 / 13485 / 14971, FDA Regulations (21CFR (803, 806, 82, etc.
CMDR, JPAL, Medical Devices Directive (93 / 42 / eec, 98 / 79 / EC)), and EU MDR is preferred.
You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics, statistical techniques, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent area of study.
Master’s or PhD desired.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $137,000 to $236,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
