At REVIVA we are looking for a talented individual driven to work on a team in a fast - paced environment dedicated to excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

We have provided high quality re-manufactured diesel and gas engines and components for over 70 years. A family owned and operated company that has grown into the largest independently owned and operated engine re-manufacturer in North America.

We have a 1st Shift Machining at our Company Headquarters, conveniently located off 694 and University Avenue in Fridley, MN

Summary :

Reviva, a leader in remanufactured engines and components, seeks a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities

Responsibilities :

  • Preventative Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including equipment lubrication, inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs.
  • Equipment Installation : Set up and install new or relocated equipment
  • Fabrication : Create custom fixtures and tooling to support manufacturing processes.
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in Lean training and initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Facility Maintenance : Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., light repairs, cleaning, painting ect).
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications :

  • Certificate or degree in related field from a college or technical school with a minimum of 2 years experience OR at least five years on the job experience.
  • 2 + years of Equipment Maintenance experience
  • Facility Maintenance is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Project management experience

Work Environment / Physical demand :

Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting. This job requires employees to stand for 8-10 hours while using hands, vision and arm strength.

Employees must be able to walk, lift or move up to 75 pounds.

The environment on the shop floor is usually loud, hot and humid in the summer months and involves standing on cement floors with exposure to chemicals and metal particles.

PPE required on manufacturing floor at all times.

Hours / Shift

Preferred : 7AM -3 : 30PM Monday Friday, Start time is flexible
