Advanced Practice Provider - PA

Endeavor Health is actively recruiting experienced Emergency Department nurse practitioners and physician assistants to join our team.

Physician Assistant Candidates :

Education :

• Degree from an accredited physician assistant training program
• Master's level training preferred.

Licensure and Certifications :

• Current IL Physician Assistant License
• Current DEA and Controlled Substance License
• Current Certification as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Current ACLS / PALS
• Current CPR certification

Experience :

2 years of emergency medicine experience as a PA

APN candidates must meet the following requirements :

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN or MS)
• Certification in area of specialty
• Current ACLS / PALS
• Current DEA
• 2 years Emergency Department experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current State of Illinois Advance Practice Nurse license and a collaborative practice agreement
• Current CPR Certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross
