We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This role offers a base salary depending on experience, plus commission and bonus opportunities ending off between $36,000 to $55,000 per year.
You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the agencys growth through cross-selling and renewals.

Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and prospect existing and new clients for additional products and services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all underwriting requirements are completed by deadlines.
- Call clients for renewals and assist with collecting late payment accounts.
- Collect payments and manage policy updates.
- Maintain a Georgia Property & Casualty License and keep up with continuing education requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirement
- License : Candidate must have an Active Georgia Property & Casualty License to be considered.
- Preferred candidate has experience in customer service or insurance-related roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Accountability and the ability to work as a collaborative team member.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-tier client service.
