We are currently cashflow positive and growing almost 100% every 90 days.

Job Details :

We are hiring a Director of Marketing & Community. This person will report directly to the CEO, and be involved in maturing our current marketing strategies, while building and fostering new channels of growth.

As a leader for our community they will also be responsible for strategies for early pipeline such as content, attention marketing & retargeting.

Who We are Looking For :

We are looking to bring on a foundational person who can help lead this part of our strategy soup to nuts. From crafting strategies to implementing.

We want this person to be a core part of the culture of our company & growth strategy, so we ideally want someone ready for the challenge & excitement of owning this department.

We are looking for a self starter. Our culture is centered around wildly wonderful customer experience, with a flat org circle.

We all report to each other, and we all report to the customer. We are looking for someone who wants be a leader, but can keep their ego in check.

Experience Highly Preferred :

Figma

Apollo IO

Google ads & SEO optimization

Automation tools for retargeting, and experience with RB2b

Dripify

Comfortable with social platforms X, Linkedin, Instragram etc.

Nice to Have :

Experience with brand design & buyer psychology

Video / content creation experience

Event / tradeshow management
