BPN Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Director Case Management RN to fulfill a 13-week contract at a facility in the Palmdale, CA. area.

Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.

Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Job Requirements

Requirements / Certifications :

• Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical experience required and minimum of 3 years clinical case management / utilization review experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Must have current CA RN license and BLS certification.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.

5+ to 7 years experience

Contract Details :

• Direct Hire travel contract
• Estimated Base Salary - USD $160,000 to $181,000
• Relocation Assistance Available - Possible for ideal candidate
• Shift : Full-time
