We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Milwaukee / Madison region.
Position Overview : As a Junior Aesthetic Sales Representative, you will support the sales team by developing relationships with clients, educating them on our products, and driving sales within your territory.
You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to aesthetic professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with aesthetic clinics, spas, and other potential clients in the Milwaukee / Madison region.
- Conduct product demonstrations via trade shows and training sessions to showcase our offerings and educate clients on their benefits.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in SalesForce CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales representatives to share knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with company staff to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the aesthetic or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external clients.
- Maintain a positive attitude while being self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Basic understanding of aesthetic products and treatments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and preferred SalesForce software.
- Ability to travel within the Milwaukee / Madison region as needed.
