Description

The Account Representative communicates directly with customers to win the scheduling of in-home demonstrations of our products, and make direct-to-consumer sales of products. This position sources and follows up on sales and customer leads from various sources, working with various scripts and product information provided. Must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations.

  • \tCoordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide.
  • \tUses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting.
  • \tCompletes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions.
  • \tFocuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments.
  • \tSources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
  • \tManages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle.
  • \tHave a sales mentality, be able to overcome objections.

Pay : $19hr CTH - once you go perm $15hr plus commission

Shift :

  • Monday to Sunday from 11AM to 8PM or 12PM to 9PM

  • \tTRAINING WILL BE ALL IN OFFICE FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS
  • \t Monday to Friday will be in office. Available to work hybrid (WFH ONLY WHEN SHIFT FALLS ON THE WEEKEND)
  • \tMinimum 1 year Collections / sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
  • \tHigh School Diploma or equivalent
  • \tProficiency with Windows based applications
  • \tFamiliarity with Zoom – teleconference equipment
  • \tExcellent communication and negotiation skills
  • \tAn understanding of call center fundamentals
  • \tExperience working in a fast-paced environment
  • \tAbility to empathize with customers
  • Experience Level

    Expert Level

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
