Seeking Board Certified or Eligible Fellowship Trained (ACGME) Interventional Pain Management Physicians for multiple practice locations.
Positions Available due to Expansion and Growth
Joining well-established and thriving Groups.
NO CALL
Office Hours are 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Requirements : ACLS, BLS, Board Certified or Eligible,
Anesthesiologist or PM&R Residency Training, Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship Required (ACGME)
Payor Mix : Commercial, Medicare, Tricare, W.Comp (No Medicaid)
Patient Volume : Varies between Surgery Center and Clinic
Compensation :
Initial Term : 2 years
Guaranteed Base Salary : $400K
Production Bonus : 40% of Collections over $1M
Practice Ownership Opportunity : Partnership-track role with co-investment eligibility

CME Allowance : $5K
Business Development Allowance : $5K
Malpractice Insurance : Covered by Practice $1M / Occurence, $3M Aggregate
