Job Details :

• Coverage : Ongoing
• Specialty : MD / DO Anesthesiologist
• Setting : Hospital
• Shifts / Schedule Expectations : Monday Saturday 2 OR’s 6 : 30a-4 : 30p
• Daily Responsibilities : General Anesthesia - General surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, possibly small bit of Neuro but not likely.

No OB or Cardiac. Facility does employ CRNA’s as well - candidates should be comfortable with the rare occurrence of needing to assist

• Call Schedule / Responsibilities : No Call
• PPD / Census : Depends on area designated but generally 4-6 cases per shift
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff : Multiple other Anesthesiologist & CRNAs providing coverage Possible but little CRNA oversight, if any
• EMR : EPIC
• Are temps available : No Temps Timeline is 12 weeks from the time application is submitted as target start
• Will a licensing candidate be considered : No
• Housing / Travel Accommodations (what is allowable & any budgets) : Prefer local candidates If travel needed, Full Travel / Lodging Round trip coach air fare, economy car rental, lodging under approved budget
• Credentialing Timeframe : 12 weeks upon completed application, but could start sooner depending on how quickly credentialing is completed

Requirements

• Active Unrestricted CA License required
• Active BLS certification
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirement : Required
• Must have clean malpractice
