Systems Technician- TS / SCI with Polygraph

Our work depends on a Systems Technician joining our team to support our government client's activities in Northern Virginia.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Systems Technician , you will support and manage the responsibilities necessary for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.

We are looking for Hardware Technicians with experience in Active Directory, solid Microsoft / Outlook skills, and a background in "touch maintenance" (hands-on workstations, monitors, KVMs, cabling, printer setup / configuration / maintenance, mice, keyboards, troubleshooting of all the aforementioned), electronic ticketing systems, attention to detail, and customer service.

• Fast-paced, high-movement environment with occasional redirection based on mission needs.
• Installation and response efforts require lifting equipment weighing 20-30 pounds, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and working around, under, and over desks, along with professional interactions with customers.

Responsibilities include :

Education and Experience : HS / GED with 1+ years of related IT operations support experience.

Must possess current DoD IA Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security), with Security+ CE preferred.

Because of the sensitive nature of the work, all candidates must hold a TS / SCI clearance with Polygraph.
