Position Summary : This role will be responsible for working on a variety of financial tasks related to fiscal accounting and compliance, audit coordination, administration of corporate insurance, and accounting and commission reporting.

What you’ll do : Work with internal teams to complete sales commission calculations and reporting. Work with third parties and other resources to coordinate audits related to employee benefit plans, 401k, etc.

Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary. Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales as necessary.

Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs. What you’ll need : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of Accounting experience (public or private).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc. (must have the ability to build spreadsheets).

Knowledge of financial systems, Sage Intacct and Salesforce knowledge is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter possessing time management skills.

Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow through on commitments and projects.

Strong financial analysis skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
