Stipend : $7,000 for the 2024-25 school year (paid in two equal payments of $3,500)
QUALIFICATIONS :
Current GISD Employee with employment for the 24-25 school year
Certification requirement in area of subject
Minimum three (3) years teaching experience
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Proactively own the work of leading the early college cohort content teachers.
- Build trusting relationships with campus and district administrators, content coordinators, and teachers.
- Mentor early college teachers and provide frequent and ongoing professional development (scheduling, marketing, and leading PLCs) in collaboration with content coordinators.
- Communicate regularly with district administrators and remind early college teachers of important training dates.
