Job Summary andQualifications

• The NurseManager of Surgical Services is responsible for the supervision,coordination, and evaluation of business practices and proceduresrelated to the operating room.
• The Manager alsocoordinates and supervises the OR Analyst, Surgery schedulers andUnit Secretaries.
• The Nurse Manager of SurgicalServices assists the Department Director and Finance Leadership inthe implementation of Performance Improvement activities, financialand project management to include operationalanalytics.
• As a member of the OR LeadershipTeam, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary leaders toaccomplish the mission and values throughout thefacility.
• You will network with BusinessDevelopment and Administrative Leaders with new surgeononboarding.
• You will assist with dailyoperations of the OR.

What qualifications you will need :

Education :

Bachelor'sDegreerequired

Licensure / certification / registration :

TexasState RN license or compact licenserequired.

Experience :

• Workingknowledge of OR Operations.
• Preferred previousmanagement experience or demonstrated ability to serve in aleadership position.
• Experience withMeditech.
