We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate dentist to join our team. Our practice is located in Bowie, MD at the intersection of 193 and 450.
We offer a full range of dental services with convenient hours and no weekends. We are a family-owned patient-centered practice that is committed to providing excellent care in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
We are looking for a part time or full time associate dentist looking to grow their skill set and with an eye on ownership.
With over 50 new patients per / month an established patient base of over 2000 patients, clinical mentorship, and strong patient reviews (4.
8+) we think we are a great place for an associate to grow their career. Happy to provide references to previous associate dentists at our practice.

Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine dental procedures, such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Provide preventive care, such as fluoride treatments and sealants
- Work with a team of dental professionals to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications :
- DDS or DMD degree
- Current MD dental license
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong treatment planning skills or the desire to learn
- Proficiency in four quadrant dentistry and the ability to run 2-3 columns at a time, with speed and a high level of care.
- Ability to prep & place crowns, perform fillings, simple extractions, restore implants, anterior / premolar root canals
- Strong knowledge level and comfort with digital dentistry and workflows
- High comfort level treatment planning and delivering full and partial dentures
