A company is looking for a Training Specialist Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Provides classroom instruction and various training techniques on revenue cycle topics to new and existing team members

Monitors and evaluates training effectiveness and learner progress, providing feedback to training leaders

Offers support during implementations and assists with development and refinement of training materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, or equivalent knowledge

Typically requires 3 years of experience in adult education or healthcare revenue cycle

No licensure, registration, or certification required

Demonstrated training skills in a relevant field

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar products
