About the Role

This Senior Product Marketing Manager will spearhead marketing for our AI and Platform product areas using a deep understanding of product value, strategy, competitive differentiation, and buyer and user personas.

Through close collaborations with product, marketing, and enablement, this role will shape effective and compelling GTM strategies, content, and communications that "make it make sense" for buyers and our go-to-market teams.

What you'll doCore Product Marketing : For Highspot's AI and Platform product areas, drive core messaging and positioning that is anchored on Highspot's differentiation and value.

Buyer expertise : Develop deep expertise in Highspot's prospects and customers, as well as the experience of our GTM teams.

Recommend strategy, content, and enablement solutions to facilitate a more efficient and effective buying cycle.Product strategy : Become a true expert on the product area(s) you look after, and on the market itself to influence our product roadmap.

Naming, Packaging, and Monetization : Drive naming and packaging decisions for owned product areas.Buyer-facing content : Support editorial strategy with content that strongly articulates Highspot's core messaging and differentiation.Your background

5-7 years of product marketing experience in a B2B, SaaS organizationExperience developing messaging, positioning, and product value propositions with strong communication, presentation, and writing skills : you are a story-teller who can craft and deliver messages that resonate, even with complex technical topicsYou are a strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution and possess the project management skills to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, interdependencies, and moving deadlinesAnalytical skills : to analyze marketing, sales, and market data to measure marketing success.

Demonstrated track record of delivering results in high-growth, innovative, and fast-paced environments. You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and launches successfully.

Cross-functional collaboration : demonstrated ability to work closely with teams outside of PMM such as product, engineering, PR, Demand Gen, Biz Dev, design, sales, support, and legal.

You are a strong communicator, simplifier, and collaborator.You are a builder who can design and run new processesYou have a passion for building and scaling product businesses by identifying the intersection of customer pain points, market requirements, and product valueExperience with generative AI, sales, or marketing technologies a plusExperience with pricing, packaging, and naming a plus

Base salary range : $135,000 - $235,000

Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
