About The Position
Job Title : Radiology / Cardiology Technician Job Specialty : X-Ray Technician Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1 year of experience required License : OR license required, can submit with it pending Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed Must-Have : EPIC charting experience, willingness to float between facilities Job Description : Work in a short-term acute care facility with 536 staff beds.
- No floating between units; intermittent on-call required with 3-4 shifts per month.- Required to work Sundays from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm.
- No block schedules required; work schedule is Sunday to Thursday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm.- Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Scrub Color : Any color allowed for all; OR / Cath Lab scrubs provided.- Orientation involves 40 hours.- Candidates should have one reference covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Expected to float within hospitals or affiliate hospitals nearby.- Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and / or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Communication devices will be provided if required; otherwise, reimbursement is available for work-related cell phone use.
