At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB), we are seeking a Enterprise Architect IV with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs;
knowledge of policy / principles / organizational protocols.
The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following :
- Develop, review, adjudicate, and present enterprise architecture, data models and associated specifications and standards
- Develop Enterprise Architecture in alignment with applicable DoD and Navy Enterprise policies.
- Develop and recommend for approval of enterprise architecture and supporting architectures
- Develop functional and allocated architectures and associated specifications
- Review, adjudicate, and endorse artifacts which connect to Navy IT Enterprise, including Commercial Cloud Service Provider environments.
- Determine and document common architecture approaches, tools, and processes.
- Develop various DODAF views, including but not limited to OVs, CVs, SVs, and DIVs, as required.
- Develop DoDAF Meta Model to provide information as needed to collect, organize, and store data in a way easily understood, including but not limited to Conceptual Data Model and Logical Data Model.
- Develop Fit-for-Purpose User-defined views (subset of architectural data) created for a specific perspective.
- Develop Enterprise Architecture and supporting architecture artifacts to be submitted to the NAVWAR Architecture Working Group (AWG) for approval.
- Coordinate across PEO MLB and DES programs and projects to ensure alignment with the NAVWAR Enterprise Architecture policy and standards.
- Coordinate with the Cybersecurity Authority to assess system compliance with the Enterprise Architecture.
- Define and document common architecture approaches, techniques, and processes
- Determine the requirements for a single, integrated, authoritative CMS Enterprise Architecture Repository.
- Develop end-to-end system integration view incorporating Secured Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) or cloud hosted SCCA (CSCCA).
- Coordinate with program APM-E for Architecture on technical approach
Education / Experience :
At least eight (8) years of relevant experience developing Government owned system-of-systems architectures and designs that utilize open architecture and interoperability.
Experience in cloud computing environment and requirements analysis, project planning, and resource management, related to Information Technology (IT) projects to assist in implementing project objectives and solutions.
AND-
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or business management related field.
OR Substitution - High School Diploma at least thirteen (13) years of relevant experience.
Specific / Preferred Requirements :
- Must have a Secret security clearance
- Preferred working knowledge of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Concepts
- Preferred understanding of System Modeling Language (SysML)
