Description
Your Health Group Agency is looking for motivated and experienced licensed health insurance agents to join our team. As a licensed health insurance agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans that meet their individual or family needs.
You will provide guidance and advice on available options and ensure that clients are informed about their coverage and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Educate clients on available health insurance plans and assist them in selecting the most suitable coverage options
- Answer client inquiries and provide guidance on health insurance policies and procedures
- Enroll clients in health insurance plans and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and assistance with any claims or billing issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare industry trends and changes in health insurance regulations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements
- Valid 215 0r 240 Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex information to clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for enrollment and documentation
