Job Description :
Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an Operations Manager at our Elmhurst, IL location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized and custom in-home care to support our clients unique needs.
As the Operations Manager, you will direct, administer, and coordinate the business activities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Responsibilities :
Oversee client care plans to ensure they are complete, accurate and up to date
Develop and execute caregiver schedules
Ensure policy and procedure compliance
Address Client Intake calls
Oversee all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
Direct care supervision
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Be available on-call as needed
Other duties as needed to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving duties
Qualifications :
3+ years supervisory or administrative experience
3+ years Home Care experience (Preferred)
Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
Understanding of the statutory and administrative rules of the regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance within the agency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Software experience with Word, Excel, and other applications
Ability to pass all background screening
