Northern Colorado Springs Bakery looking for mature, reliable and responsible candidate to join our team.
- Must be reliable
- Must be responsible to deliver accurate orders to vendors to enhance their experience at this location
- Must be able to meet operational and quality standards in this fast- paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ensures the bakery meets food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards at all times
- Communicates expectations and needs of the vendors to team mates
- Develops their team to deliver the best vendor experience
- Executes Brand and Franchisee standards with every product
- Empowers the team to satisfy vendor needs and resolve issues with service
- Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities to team to ensure smooth flow of operations
Starting Salary Range $37,440
