Sweet Consulting seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians or those working toward their RBT certification.
This dynamic startup is putting together a core group of BCBAs and RBTs who are willing to learn our methods and grow with the company.
Team members will be given the chance to step into leadership roles in New Jersey schools and in our summer camp program.
Pay starts at $25-$30 / hour for RBTs and $80-100 / hour for BCBAs and ranges up from there based on experience. We also offer benefits and signing bonuses for qualified applicants.
The work is located in central New Jersey schools.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping individuals with special needs
