- IV Certification (LVN / LPN / Other), Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB), NIH Stroke Certification
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute, Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam
- Certs of completion are acceptable for up to 1 month until the official card is issued per certifications details

- Weekend REQ : every other weekend on call
- Is on-call REQ? Y What is the req? On call obligations are up to 2 days per week and every other weekend.
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

- Required experience in scrub / monitor cardiac diagnostic & PCI
- Structural heart experience preferred
- Epic and GE MacLab experience
- 2 years of experience required
- Ability to fulfill on-call obligations
- No floating required to meet facility needs
