Position : Full-Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful support to students with speech and language challenges in a nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress, ensuring transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (required)
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Kansas (required)
- Experience working with diverse learning needs (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach
Position Details :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Location : Spring Hill, KS
- Compensation : $45-60 per hour
- Caseload : High school students
- Full-time role for the academic year
Interview Process :
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter
- 20-30 minute follow-up interview (virtual or in-person) with the school district
- Offers typically extended within 24 hours of the interview
