Position Description :

The Associate Director, US Marketing Product Lead, is responsible for supporting HCP marketing efforts in the U.S. market and driving a successful brand launch.

This includes executing promotional marketing tactics and initiatives specifically for the launch. The position holder works closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, medical, and market access, to ensure a well-integrated launch strategy.

Overall Objective :

The Associate Director, US Marketing Product Lead, plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of the HCP strategy. Responsible for managing and executing U.

S. HCP promotional marketing materials, as well as overseeing key brand initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Strategic support, functional and operational oversight, direction and budget accountability for key U.S. marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of key promotional materials from inception to production.
  • Collaborate closely across multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. medical, sales, market access) to ensure alignment and maximization of activities in support of strategy.
  • Support the planning of, and attend at, key scientific congresses helping drive impact and overall communication goals.
  • Manage key budget and promotional agency activities pertaining to promotional materials and initiatives.
  • Establish engaging, productive and sustainable work relationships with key internal stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Market Access, Sales, and Sales Operations.
  • Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timelines.
  • Additional duties as assigned by LEO Pharma Management.

Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-5+ years of HCP marketing experience for a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company (agency experience may be considered);

launch experience preferred.

  • Strong collaborative, strategic and tactical marketing skills.
  • Individual must possess the ability to build alignment across large cross-functional matrix teams in a collaborative manner to drive performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, effectively prioritize and remain detail-oriented.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and execute plans in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and written / verbal skills.
  • Dermatology / biologic experience is desired, but not required.
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%).
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
