About the Position

Dexis seeks an experienced Senior Manager / Government Point of Contact to propose for a Department of State (DOS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) opportunity.

The Blanket Purchase Agreement will provide for the development, collection, analysis, and dissemination of research and evaluation studies determined to be of interest by the OIG.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall contractual guidance and liaising with DOS / OIG as primary point of contact.
  • Oversee contract execution and overall compliance.
  • Ensure evaluations meet all DOS guidelines and policies.
  • Serve as overall quality assurance for all evaluations.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and project leadership.
  • Present findings appropriate to DOS decision and policymakers.
  • Support the Partner / Principal Investigator in the successful implementation of contract tasks.
  • Manage project team and team of consultants.
  • Monitor progress according to the team work plan and coordinate with internal and external partners and stakeholders if necessary.
  • Work with Dexis support units to plan team travel.
  • Provide critical review for quality assurance.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and project leadership.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree;
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing social science research;
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a manager or higher labor category for inspections and evaluations;
  • Active SECRET clearance, TOP SECRET preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all required areas.
